How come this guys is using adsense on warez linking website?

Hi fellows,
Here a site greenhatworld.com
It provides all warez and pirated software for SEO/ Marketing and general softwares too.
All these software are cracked. Although this guy is not hosting them on his website but clearly on free hosting & sharing websites like rapidshare and zip share etc.
Simultatneoulsy, He's also using google adsense to monetize his website. I have been noticing this website since past 1 year or so and the ads still run very well. How come is this possible ?
This is clearly a warez platform but still adsense will show the ads ? Isn't it against adsense TOC to link to to hosting/ free upload sites that promote warez software or content?

that really sucks.... this website is full of pirated softwares and warez but still I have seen adsense publishing ads on his website...

Yeah but he has been using adsense since the time he launched that web I think 3-4 years back, still it's working fine. I'm just curious how could it be possible when ur site is full of warez ?
May be he's hosting his web at some offshore server or something that probably won't respond back to DMCA copyrights...

yeah u're right. Everything is copied on his website. I have seen that threads by other BHW members reporting about his site in the past. Actually a guy shouted too loud in the past as the admin of that greenhat website was using his software without owners permission.
Secondly, the funny part was, he guide also advertised his shitty website on BHW forum lol

I think that Google knows about the contents of this site. All of them. The point is that absolutely all of google serps is a business. If they ban such websites, then the entire industry may loose, and this is profitable for NO ONE.

no. they ban shady sites even if its profitable for them

maybe they dont consider it as shady, maybe cracks are hosted somewhere else and he just links it
