I've recently obtained a huge email list - around 128 million emails of people who are interested in dating/adult niche and I was wondering how I could monetize that.

Well, if you got really targeted people interested in adult niche, I'd cold email them with adult offers. However, I'm a bit concerned about where did you manage to get this email list as 128 milion emails seems a lot to me. If this is somekind of a low quality email list, I'd prefer cleaning the list (checking whether these emails are valid) before doing anything.

Work on deliverability, test out different mailing services. Without proper set up you will just lose money and waste time.
