Restarting an FL project where it left off

I want to change up the users that I like/comment on temporarily. Then I'll want to return to the settings I'm using now and have FL pick up where it left off.
For example:

1. Let's say I'm Liking people who follow Katy Perry and FL has gone through and Liked 100k of her followers.

2. Then I change up all my settings to Like Miley Cyrus's follwers.

3. Now I want to return to Liking Katy Perry followers BUT I don't want FL to return to the top of the list of Katy Perry followers. I want FL to continue 100k down the list of follower's where it left off.

How do I do that? I know I can pause that project and open another project for the same account in another FL window but I don't want to have to have 30 open FL windows.

I've tried exporting my FL project settings and then importing them again and ran into that problem. FL kept telling me that "I already Liked this user" 100k times before it got back to a place where it was liking new people.

I hope this is clear. I had a tough time stating the problem in an intelligible way.

FL says this is not possible but they've responded like this to me before just to get me out of their hair. It seems like something that should be easy.
