I can vouch for Paigham Bot and their support. They have a Facebook Group where you can crowdsource support as well.

Paigham Bot generated thousands of dollars in recurring revenue for me. For contact form submits, there's nothing better.

I no longer use PB because I built up a bulk email system. However, there have been several times in the last month when I wished I had a quick way to hit contact forms. I only unsubscribed because just wasn't using it as much after setting up my cold email systems.

I might subscribe again in the future because it's such a valuable tool to have in your arsenal. I can't see how anyone could have problems with the support as it was nearly instant when I contacted them after purchasing the software.

I do it a bit different than most. Whether doing contact form submissions or cold emails. Here's what I do:

• Scrape a list of emails/contact forms from a specific niche. I'l target plumbers, roofers, carpet cleaners, etc. Mostly home service companies.
• Build a landing page specific for that niche. I sell SEO services so the landing page is title something like "SEO for Roofing Companies", etc.
• Submit to the contact forms with a short message saying something like, "I work with roofing companies to get the phone ringing." Very casual tone, never using the words "SEO" or "marketing."
• Include my phone number and a link to the landing in the contact form submission or the cold email. I do this because some people just want to call in and talk to person rather than respond via email.

This works really well for me. Because I'm targeting a specific niche, I will only be submitting to 3,000-6,000 contact forms. From this I'l usually get around 15-20 leads and 1-4 new clients. It just depends how busy I am. There have been times when I was literally too busy to call the leads back. I don't have an exact % on contact form submissions. Its tough to track.

If I get a response I never send another email. If someone shows any interest at all you really should pick up the phone and call them directly. You need to talk to them while they're interested in what you have to say. I've had leads that sit for just 24 hours and the prospect forgets they even responded.

You can't send subsequent emails from PB. When the person responds to your contact form submission, they will be replying to your email address that was used on the form. PB only scrapes and submits the forms. What happens after that is up to you.

I recommend PB if you need a quick way to generate leads. It has other uses like link outreach but I've only used it to generate leads for my SEO business.

thread is old but the contact form is still usable this is a standalone system only for scraping and contact form submitting. goodluck
