Since Mass Planner is down, what can be used to follow people who like and comment on a targeted account?

Idk about the Instagram version but I think in the Twitter version of Followliker you can do something like that, so I guess that it should be possible with the IG version as well...

I checked their site but nothing like this was mentione.
Anyways, FollowLiker is next on the list. It's better not to go towards FL.

In the twitter version I can follow people that have replied a tweet by an account of my choice. I do that to target my competitors followers.

Maybe in the instagram version they don't have that
