Looking for a local seo pro

I'm looking for a real local seo pro that can guarantee ranking in the 3-pack, been working with a couple of people which all guaranteed this but then at the end of the day they couldn't make it. So i'm loking for a real service someone that wants a long term cooporation as i have a ton of clients and want to find a real pro for this task and not a santa.

Not at all, but it's easier to refer him to someone who's ranking lawyers in New York, if he's wanting to rank a dentist in NY, than some kid who's ranking red leather armchair sellers in Brokeback Mountainville.

it's for a non us market if that's out of interest but someone that know how to rank, that knows some nice tricks would be able to make this wether its in the us or europe as i assume the G algorithm is all the same all around the world, but if something needs in the foreign language articles etc i will supply you with this.
