Ok let me first start off by saying I have a popular Instagram account with over 200k followers.
The problem is that over the last 4 months, my followers growth has slowed down tremendously. I mean to the point that it's extremely noticeable. I used to get approx 3-4 thousand followers per month (running no bots, no tricks, just normal engagement) now I'm down to about 500 per month. I understand the fluctuation of growth but that's ridiculous! I've changed my password over and over because I thought I was hacked. My likes and views are also down. Example: There are other accounts that may post the exact same post or video as me.. and they have close to 100k less followers, but they'll get double the likes and way more views. On the same pic, if I get 5k, they'll get 10k.. or if I get 20k views, they may get 100k views. How is that possible when I have 100k more followers? We're using basically the same hashtags.. Does anyone know what's happening? There are times where I'll see almost all of the followers that I've gained during a day, disappear over night. Very frustrating to say the least. I'd appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks!
