NEED: Offer Wall Portal For Subscription Payment

Hello, I'm looking for a solution. I am looking to have an offer wall system made where a customer fills out offers in order to earn points, and once they earn a certain number of points they can purchase the product I have offered on the site (whether it be a cash out to paypal for quick change or buying my service or other things)

Is this easy to make?

No that hard to build if you are good in handling postbacks, usermanagement systems, and APIs.

But isnt this against the terms? I mean, wont they ban you because you are giving incentives for offer completion?

i don't think so because there are offers that specifically state incentives are okay

If thats okay, then its not that hard to build one. Doesnt mean its an easy job. Its a bit big system to build, but definitely doable. Whats your budget on this ? Or are you looking for budgetable solutions?

Your best bet is php and bootstrap for this .

Not hard at all .

You no the offers the user has to do, are they all question related like surveys?

If so not hard at all .

You should have a shot at this your self not a very hard project to do ......

Mainly all backend really.

Html forms , and php and a database ......

The thing is I'm so far behind with coding, I really don't know much.

Does anyone know much about this stuff? I just purchased a plugin/template "Pay with CPA". Basically it enables you to checkout and pay by completing offers (and it allows custom offers!)

Can anyone help me with this?? Maybe if you have a Skype you could go through the files and tell me what's actually going on and whether it will work? The original publisher of the plugin doesn't seem to respond to people in his thread.
