Need serious stock and IM advice please

I'll just lay it out. I have a friend who's about to release an app in a few months. This app is so damn creative and briliant, it's gonna take off super quick. Probably not like facebook, but it'll be one to remember. I'm looking for someone who has SUCCESSFUL experience in stock investing as well as some Play store app IM. You give me advice, I'll tell you about this app. A legal version of insider trading. Sort of. This is all US based btw. I'm not some scammer. This is totally legit, I'm just way out of my depths, because one fuck up could ruin it for me.

Im only willing to talk to people who have a decent profile. If yours looks like mine, your too new, or too inexperienced or too unhelpful for me. No offense to other little guys, I just can't afford to mess this up.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to even put this, so if not, mod re-placements etc...

1. You want someone to give you advice in the hopes that maybe one day your friends app goes public on the stock market.
2. Usually when I hear someone say they aren't a scammer or that they'll take care of me, I get away from them. Most other people with experience dealing with others have similar beliefs.
3. If one screw up will ruin you, why should someone give away that much of their time?

If anything just release the dang app now and tweak it according to the feedback you guys get.

That makes sense. I'm being so vague because he's already had to sue a guy for copyright stuff. The original app designer he hired tried to steal his concept. My friends dad is pretty wealthy, and even though he's a friend, if I said the wrong thing, I too could get in trouble.
A few years ago I got interested in penny stocks, and more importantly pump and dumps. The concept is super simple. However I never pursued it because of how easily it is to be wrong. With my friends app, I know it'll be a good product that isn't gonna become worthless because of someones scheme.

My understanding of the way it works is that when a company first starts, the stocks are super low in price. But as the company pushes out good stuff, the stock price rises.
So when he is about to release it, or right after, stock prices will be low. That's when I buy some and wait. I'm pretty broke most of the time, so this would be my leg up so to speak. That's why I don't wanna mess this up. I also don't want to involve the wrong people, because that could set my friends business up for failure if one of you kind hearted souls pushes out a "newsletter" encouraging people to dump for that back swing or whatever. Like I said, I'm out of my depth, but I know enough to be careful.
