Update on the order:
Report was received on time and work looks fine. Now to the thing every wants...the rankings! My site is about 4 years old and has had SEO work done on it every month for the last 2 years. I made 12 different orders of the largest package so I had a total of 36 different keywords in the packages. All of the keywords were nowhwre to be found when the work started.

33 of the keywords started at nowhere and are still nowhere to be found. There are currently 2 in the top 100 and 1 sitting in the 30's. The keywords are definitely harder keywords but I was hoping for at least some movement in them. I'm thinking about giving the galaxy network a try as well and see if that will help these keywords move at all.
