Just a word of warning, anyone that says they can get you to the top of the rankings on the information you have given, is telling you something they can't guarantee. As someone mentioned above, SEO is dependent on a long term strategy. I'm sure many people can have a good attempt at getting you into the top spots, but it's just not a guaranteed outcome.

Hi, yes, we have worked in WP marketplace for years, however, we don't have time & not enough knowledge of SEO - so, we have the low traffic to our theme on ThemeForest these days. I think it's time to change this, so, I'm going to find an SEO expert.
If we can see the high traffic from this work, the price is not a big problem.

Top of google for any word? How about ranking your site first? Your website is no where to be seen on your desired words.
