This depends on how long it takes for the order to make it through our fraud department. Most accounts are setup under 1-2hrs, however if there is a flag raised during the registration process it will take longer.

We do not have a reseller plan, honestly it's better to just get a VPS and have WHM/cPanel installed now-a-days so that you have full control. It's actually cheaper than buying a reseller account. Shoot us a support ticket if you have any further questions.
