Hi all,
I'm starting a new project with the goal to reach a stable 10K/ month income from a network of sites, promoted and monetized in different ways. I'm not new to IM, I developed some other projects in the past 2 years, most of those failed but teached me a lot. Now it's time for some success!

Final goal: to reach a stable 10.000$/mo income with the following schedule:

- 1.000$/mo by the end of 2017
- 5.000$/mo by the end of May 2018 (1 year from now)
- 10.000$/mo by the end of 2018

The first goal will be the hardest to reach, since once you're able to make 1K/mont with IM you have learned enough to (relatively) easily scale it up to 10K

Since I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket, I'll work with different sites and use different strategies for each of them. On a later stage I'll drop the non-working strategies and push the succesful ones, the same applies to the sites: I may add more sites or remove some of the current ones, depending on how thing goes.

Here's my current projects:

Site 1 - codename: DOC
I have a very old domain that generates about 1500 uniques/month, all from a specific country. The domain has been parked for quite some time, making 1$/day in parking ad fees.

Promotion:
This sites already gets some nice free traffic, so my main concern is to build content that converts.
I'll do onsite SEO and eventually add some PBN/web 2.0 in the future.
Facebook, twitter and instagram accounts are already in place, but I won't be posting much for now.

Monetization:

Amazon + Adsense

Site 2 - codename: BBC

Authority / review site

Promotion:
This sites will rely heavily on social media.
Facebook, twitter and instagram accounts are already in place, I bought some crappy FB likes to jumpstart the page (no one will like a page with 0 likes), however I'll remove those fake likes once the page will start having real ones.

I'll buy FB ads to promote the page.

I'll do onsite SEO as well as PBN/web 2.0 to improve the ranking.

Monetization:

The main focus is Amazon, I'm also evaluating the possibility to join other affiliate programs for the same products, depending on the results.

Site 3 - codename: HIGH

Authority / review site
This is a "done for you" review site I bought some time ago, but I never had time to take good care of it. Needs some updates before going back online.

Promotion:
This sites will rely mostly on SEO, onsite and with PBN/web 2.0 to improve the ranking.
Facebook, twitter and instagram are already in place, but I won't be posting much for now.

Monetization:

Only Amazon affiliates

Site 4 - codename: MART

Authority site
Another "done for you" authority site I bought some time ago, and again I never had time to take good care of it. Needs some updates before going back online.

Promotion:
This sites will rely mostly on SEO, onsite and with PBN/web 2.0 to improve the ranking.
I created the Facebook, twitter and instagram accounts for future use, but I won't use it for now.

Monetization:

Only Adsense for now

That's all folks, I'll try to keep this journey thread updated as much as I can.

Thanks for reading!!

Good luck! Aren't you afraid of spreading yourself too thin working on 4 different sites at the same time? Will you be outsourcing a lot?

Wow... it sound good buddy! I agree that you should outsourcing it.

Yes I know it's a little risky, but i think it's riskier to just follow one strategy that may prove unsuccessfull.

Site 3 (HIGH) and site 4 (MART) we'll be 90% outsourced, for Site 2 (BBC) I'll outsource the PBN/Web 2.0 part and some of the review articles, but I have to manage the social accounts on my own. Site 1 (DOC) is a bit more complicated because it's in a non-english language so it's way more difficult to find good writers and SEO providers, however this already has traffic, so the most important thing here is to write content that converts.

Hi everyone, sorry for not keeping the thread updated, I've been very busy lately.
Great news: I'm making money!!!
On the DOC site, after sending over 100 visitors to Amazon with 0 (zero!) orders, I decided to test another merchant. I signed up for an affiliate program with a well known merchant specialized in that niche, and BOOM! First order came right away.
I'm now making an average of 30$/day from it, and I'm getting an 8% commission (amazon was 7%) and with a 45-days cookie instead of 24 hours.
I noticed that most of the orders are placed after more that a day from the first click, so that partially explains why I got zero orders with Amazon.
The lesson is, Amazon is not always the best choice.

My first goal (1000$/month) seems so much closer now!!

I started working on other sites, will post updates soon.
