Searching for IG accounts based on followers

I've been able to get my lifestyle blog page up to 15-16k followers, so now I want to implement a shoutout strategy by reaching out to accounts with similar followers/engagement. Is there a software/app/website that you know of that will allow me to refine my search?

Do you look only for same level of engagement or also for similar niche? influencerdb.net might help with that
