it depend on how you clean your list and how you setup your smtp

we have mail cleaning system + smtp server that inbox

most mail provider have make it difficult to inbox if you do not fulfill their requirement, in other word they have ask you to do a lot of authentication that take a lot of time, it is not just a few minute interspire+pmta install.

if your list is huge and you want to send high number, then it is a big investment for server, setup and cleaning
