This app looks pretty promising as a way to monetize in a more creative and long term way. Could be a way to start a campaign for a local deals app to people in your area.

maybe if i customize this one? or should i use the ecommerce apps and change that to deals instead of shopping cart... i think those are built so that you add to shopping cart, not click to be taken to CPA offers (which is what i'd like)

I doubt any affiliate network is good for this stuff. You're going to have to explain how you are generating all your traffic over a single IP.

I think the fact that the most popular method on this "Internet Marketing" forum for months is for the most part, an offline method. Says it all really. You guys suck at internet marketing if you're all grabbing this.

...Came for the lucrative passive income, ended up wanking in a car park sharing wifi for minimum wage...

What about a system of premium sms with something like allopass? The user would have to send a sms to a paid number to get a code which let him connect to your wifi hotspot, it'd be very quick and easy for the user, and very compulsive i think!
 
Did a little twist to this method.
Combined an old AWUS036NHR WiFi Extender (2 Watts output) with a TP-Link TL-ANT2424B, placed in the trunk of my estate with extremly tinted windows.
If a user connects to my hotspot, he will be redirected to a "Human verification" landing page showing some Sharecash offers. After completing one of them, the redirect goes on to any other site.

There's just one problem. All the offers would be completed with the same IP adress.
I'm working on a script/method redirecting the user to the offer page via phones build in data connection, that's the tricky part.

The IP address is the least of your problems. One of your main problems is going to be the ROI. For example it will cost you more in petrol that you are going to make.

Or forward every user through a proxy...
 
For those who would like an update.
On rebooting the initial router, it locked out, both the supplier and manufacturer agreed to replace it.
I've been accepted to 5 Affiliate networks, having explained model and concept. All are willing to work with wifi / single IP traffic with offers varying from $0.15 - $8.00 per signup.
This could be very lucrative.
