I agree with one of the previous respondents that Alertpay is most probably the best option, as it is very low cost and money is almost instantly available after transfer.

Some of the other comments are somewhat below the belt and implying that Madagascar is extremely backward. Visit the country though and you will be absolutely amazed at the exceptional natural beauty.
