All your data in Mass Planner is stored locally, on your PCs same with FL and similar programs, nothing is stored on their servers. This is bullshit and misleading. Nobody is giving any info to IG or whoever else asks for it.

I agree, I studied law for 5 years and did internship in different courts and to provide your customer information to another company is actually illegal. It can be the case only if they win the legal case and there will be sentence by judge.

I see there is a lot of speculation now about the topic, as many people start panic.

Yup and it will take quite a while to go down the legal route to even begin to file papers.
By the time that process starts off, there'll be dozens if not hundreds of newer bots in the marketplace, all hosted in hard to find areas etc.

This thread is dumb. Instagram doesnt care who has used mass follow / unfollow services. There are tons of Iphone apps that even let you do that. They are after the companies and companies alone. Accounts that lived off the software will die out on their own.

You think IG dont already know who isnt botting?? Oh this device has 4 accounts that like 1000 a day, follow/unfollow 500 and does so everyday for 8 hours.
IG already has algortithms in place to ban people spamming or taking the piss.
If you stay within their boundaries they turn a blind eye... it keeps the network going strong overall, power posters and influencer accounts sell the dream that anyone can be instafamous.
they are going after the services as they are too easily available and idiots are abusing it, thus lowering the quality of the network for all.
responsible bots are a good thing, spam bots arent.

I've received C&Ds where they requested my earnings and client info and have never given that info out without any repercussions.

In fact one was from Google themselves.

All I did was take the sites down and stop doing what I was doing in all cases (I've received a handful) except with Google where I gave them the domain because they have bigger stick than the others.

The other companies were all huge entities but let me go if I just took the offending site down.

Gotta love how people panic when something like this happens and they don't do any research at all before posting shit on forums. FB/IG doesn't care about the average user, why would they? Instead of going after each user, they go directly to the source (the bot) and shut that down and then the accounts will stop spamming as a consequence, like a domino effect, until they find a new bot of course. And for the last fucking time, MP was a PC application, not a web app - that means data is stored locally in your PC's folders. I doubt you ever checked the internal folders of MP, did you? Stop talking shit and scaring people, nothing of what you are saying will happen.
