forum has nothing to do with this, it's completely separate, it's down due to the amount of traffic, nothing else.
also, not sure why everyone feels the needs to post the email they got for everyone to see..
1. that should be private between us and you
2. clients will get it as we sent it to everyone, so you're not helping anyone
3. people that are not clients are won't get it probably don't really care... so why do it?

I agree here. They said that as long as my subscription is running, the tool will work.
What about updates?
Are they REALLY going to keep that going on without any new customers coming in and existing customers going out at a slow rate?
And why can they keep software running with existing customers DESPITE getting the lockdown from IG/FB?

I believe its only the Instagram & facebook as per the email guys.
Massplanner should still work for everything else - so my ask is this - if i've purchased all these extra's that were used for instagram and facebook, will I get a refund?
I'm sure there needs to be more consideration placed other than a simple email stating what they cannot do.
I'd suggest that OP come back to each account that has had a FB and Insta Module, and refund that - as the module is now redundant without the core application (being fb and insta).
Shoot me a PM when you get this OP - love your stuff, hate the fact that its going down, but hoping you have a mitigation plan for those of us who have 'paid' for bits and pieces we'll not not be able to use ever (UNLESS!! *thinks of something sneaky*)

Tbh I don't think a refund for the modules is necessary. I paid for some too, but thats how it is. If you use something that depends on a third party platform it isn't the developers fault if the third party platform changes their rules.

Talk about bad timing, I signed up for this last night and today this is on their site:

Second this. It's cheap enough as it is. I don't even mind paying twice the monthly amount they ask for us to be able to continue using IG and FB so a refund for "modules" is really unnecessary.

Instagram is owned by Facebook. If massplanner got a C&D for their Instagram part they will most likely did get one for the facebook part too.

haha was about to get into insta and then this shit happens, hopefully the product will be back even stronger

In cases like this the license servers get shut down too, without that you can't start the software unless cracking, but that's a different story. The bigger issue is the updates, which won't be allowed for them to do or touch anything in the future which is even just remotely related to FB/ig. Heck, they aren't even allowed to have personal FB/ig accounts anymore. It's some serious shit, not something you can ignore/trick/circumvent. It's the end.
