Hey OP, Do your due diligence before hiring anyone for this task. It is possible to get the blue badge but it is not that simple. It depends on Twitter to approve the request for verified account. You can only submit the form

One of the Execs (i think netmoney1) ran a service like this a year ago or two. He knew what kind of accs can get verified, so he didn't deal with those, where there was no chance. It costed a couple grand, but he only accepted the payment when the verification was done. Maybe try him.
