Software for catching expired domains?

Hello,

does anybody know if there is some software / cloud service for backordering expired domains?

Let's say I want some domain, I see it's getting deleted from the list and I want to automatically register it once it expires. I found just this: http://www.autobackorder.com/

I know some registrators offer backordering, but it's expensive af.

Will be happy for any input ^^

There was a software on local IM forum for catching domains, but I thought it's unnecessary expensive - got sold for $400. That was a mistake, should have bid.

Registrars indeed suck in this...

I don't think it registers them. You can contact their makers here by PM and see.

My point is, that I need something that registers automatically. I lost a dmoz TF25, RD56 domain tonight and it pissed me off. Someone with software registered it. So gotta get that software too

Drop catching services will always be at a huge advantage compared to someone running a drop catcher on a cos or home connection. Companies like hugedomains have a hundred or so registrar accounts and hammer away at any half decent dropping domain, their portfolio is fucking insane.

If you want a decent chance at grabbing a domain as it drops your best bet is to use a dedicated drop catching service and pay per domain. In fact a lot of people that do this regularly will use multiple drop catchers to improve their chances of getting the really good domains.

I believe there is pretty low competition in my country .tld so I guess just one "service" would be enough. Could you point out to some of those dedicated services mentioned? Thanks

I even caught some pretty good domains manually.

The best software for this that I have tried is Desktop Catcher, however, you will never catch anything decent when it comes to top TLDs.

Give that software a shot, they have pretty great support.
