Once again make sure that you've done YouTube SEO in a perfect manner. Analyze your competitor's and do better than them.

Try to optimize your title tags and description tags (add the main keyword in your video description). Then create social profiles like Facebook and Twitter and link those to your channel page.

Some things to do that could help:

- Optimize your channel home with some section and a channel trailer for the new subscriber,
- You can add more channel tag than only "boxing",
- Optimize your outro and use the new 20s youtube end-screen,
- I think you should choice between your logo with youtube watermark or logo directly in your video ( I prefer in the video directly because you can know who will download your videos and use them),
- You may optimize your video tag - too much tag aren't link with your video subject or too big,
- Improve your channel identity - use intro, 16:9, an outro with a recognizable music and style,
- Manually add subtitles to your video,
- Improve your video description with some subscribe/like/share call,
- Add social network link to your channel,
- Share your video on social networks (for example fb groups related to boxing),
- Share your video on forum and blog.

I would also take a look at the keywords you use, the competition. See the channel that works well and strictly do like them in an SEO way.
