It would be good to hear what the actual CPA networks would think about this. Would they allow the traffic to come from a single IP address without banning if it could be proven that it was this type of setup.
We have a few members from CPA networks on this site such as @cpaleadjustin maybe they can shed some light on the subject before we get a wave of bannings from people testing this.

I read this method on a CPA forum, and the majority of responses was, it ain't going to work.

Shame really, if there was a decent way to monetise this there could be some decent potential, particularly considering how cheap the hardware can be obtained these days.

You're a genius! I will have to try this one day!I thought a long time; what can I do to make money online too? So tried lots of methods on BHW, some worked better than others, in the end it all comes down to the execution by the person. Not by the method, well that's my opinion TBH.
So I thought, what can I do, to make my own method, to make myself feel comfortable with it?
After a while I came up with an idea, based on stuff I've learned from my studies back in the days.
Basically it consists out of setting up free WiFi networks. It may sound boring, but what I do brings in quite a lot of money.
For example. I drive to a shopping center, set up a WiFi network there and give them a landing page like many of the legit free networks. Instead of giving them a legit one, I give them my own landing page. Sometimes it consists out of Google ads, sometimes a content locker, etc. Lots of variations I do with this.
Besides this, they have to register, like most landing pages for free networks, which gives me a lots of different mail addresses, which I use once in a while.
In shopping centers I offer them ofcourse a landing page with lots of shopping related items, so it seems legit.
But besides this, there are a lot of different other places. Used this method at some airport carparks, not far from the terminals, and supplied it with a free WiFi. Instead of serving them a shopping landing page, I offer them a travel landing page, with ofcourse the ads, or a content locker.
Up to now, it brings me about 300£ a day on average for the last 9 months.
I think it was about time for me to bring something back to BHW, the place where I've learned a lot from others. A lot of variations are possible with this method. Just let your mind go.
Would not be too sure. My main concern would be getting paid continuously. Plus having several CPA networks that would accept it. So as not to put all of one's eggs in one basket.
You don't want to spend your time, money and work pushing some Charlie Floate network, to be scammed on pay day.
I find it strange that OP has not once mentioned which network he uses.

I agree, the CPA offers that might accept it are likely to be the ones that scam.
I have three things i'd like someone to try and answer for me:
1. I'm wondering if there's a way to set this up without using actual internet and just an android tablet or phone using a fake hotspot (without internet connection but showing one). Then you could just gather email lists and blast them later on.
2. Is there a way to tether free wifi using an android phone? I'd assume not.
3. Easiest way to get multiple cheap data sim cards to tether? I'd like to see if this is possible to scale up using multiple locations/android phones and leaving them for the day or even overnight.

i remember years ago some thread where OP used to set up a boot in a mall and making people register to offers, so all from 1 pc and ip. if i recall correctly the aff manager was ok with that because the offers converted, probabily were email submits.

I found the same method posted on another CPA forum a couple of years ago from a Google search. The OP said that CPAGrip allowed it...
I think we read the same post. But what I took from the whole thing, is it ain't going to work in the long run.

Where can i find info on how to boot off network once redirecting etc... do you know if you can do this without a real internet connection and just host the webpage on your phone or computer?
Is this stuff possible to host on an android phone and would i need a separate cell phone for each instance.
Also wouldn't they all be booted off after the LP onto the same IP most likely? that one doesn't make much sense to me
Collecting emails, fair enough. The rest are a bit too sketchy for me.
Collecting emails, couldn't really see it being worth the time of day.
