hi , should i open google webmaster or analytics ? Is this really necessary for seo

Not necessary to rank but analytic is important in general. Use statcounter or other plugins if you're not comfortable with Google products.

Agree. For blackhat SEO, then it is not needed as you are giving Google an access to site's data and stats. If it's the other way around, then it is useful.
