So the website from luhasr has been a waste of time. He has a TAT of 2-3 days per his add and I am at day 11

I am 11 days out from purchase with his 2-3 day turnaround time and nothing. I am pretty patient guy but I have finally requested a refund. at 8 days I inquired about the status and was told

"Please wait almost everything ready i need to packed it up.I will send you the file very soon."

so I assume ok he is zipping the site up and sending with maybe a couple touch ups or adding a little content etc. should be here in today or tomorrow at the latest

So 3 days later I again inquire and receive this message

"Am already told you that, I need to backup the details from another server thats why tacking time.If you share the details i can build you for 3 working days.Hope you understand that, Give me time till monday i will send you details."

So what we have is two completely different excuses that the second one in particular makes absolutely zero sense. First he needs to back it up, second he can build it in 3 more days, third give him until Monday and he will send me more details.

I have requested a refund per his listing of going past 7 days so I will update once that occurs or I file a dispute with paypal.

I read everywhere that SEO is very difficult in the recent days. I am a follower of Neil Patel's QuickSprout blog which provides tons of info about genuine SEO. It is very different from what many senior BHW members teach here. I was very skeptical when I ordered my site from Luhasr. But, I still ordered because of the many positive reviews. However, when I got my keyword, I was very impressed. The keyword competition was very low.

Ahrefs KW Competition: 3

It is recommended to go after Ahrefs KC less than 15. Mine was 3. This makes it easy to explain why my site started getting lot of traffic in a short span.

If you want a niche website to be built around a low competitive keyword, this is the service for you. If you know how to identify low competitive keywords, I would suggest you to build a site on your own.

Here is my revenue for last 7 days:

Recieved my site from luhasr, article and site quality was good. But there was some problems with robots.txt and some caching plugins. I can recomend luhasr to add some cache plugin and make other robots.txt. In all other things its 9/10

Review: Just received my 4 sites from luhasr, from order to finsih was 7 days, which i thought was brilliant. The sites are neat and responsive. The keywords were as described after checking ranging between 4k-9k monthly searches with low comp! The content on the site is not too bad either, i will be adding more content myself but overall for the price paid and the service/product delivered i will give a solid 10/10.

I will update in 3, 6 and 9 months time to let you know how my sites are performing. As i am fairly novice, i will detail what i did in that time so you can guage for yourself.
