Some people are using spam services or using some bots to do this things without focusing real amazon users or KWs; for that case it'll not increase rank anymore.
But, if you are using real amazon users and focusing KW by searching them through amazon from different IP, MAC & main thing is REAL USERs; this things will work better than past.
