nope, that would be hard. You will have to manually check each and ever result site to find out if it has expired or not. Even google needs time to update it's indexes, so in case tumblr has scrapped that site, but google still has it indexed you won't know. It's better to use scraping tools.

You need a scraper. Just like what others suggest here, a tool like Scrapebox will do and a set of proxies. Then you need to consider the metrics, you will also need tools for that. Not an easy thing to do if you lack experience, there are reputable sellers out here that could do the job easier for you.
