Google will sometimes put images on hold to verify it first. This usually takes up to 48 hours to fix.

Contact support it very well could be a glitch, Google ultimately decides what photo they show in results they typically like pictures of people vs buildings, logos etc.

Note that your photos won’t be eligible to show up on Google until you verify your business.

Verify your business. Information that we didn't know, didn't know your listing was unclaimed.

Contact Google Support, if it's showing in your dashboard and it's not showing the picture you selected in results it could be Google chose a different picture. If it shows a broken icon you need to contact Google Support.

First of all, you google business page account is verified or nor andIt will take time. after some time its automatically showing the picture that you uplaod.
