The hacked report website does exist. Search for "hacked Instagram account" and you'll see it there. Remember, I did this on my PC.

I searched from my PC but the only option I see is to block access from third party apps or change my email associated to my account, I don't see the "report it to us" option
Well, unfortunately, it would appear they have either deleted the link or moved it. I am very sorry for this, I really wanted to help but it appears I can't. I will try and investigate the matter further and might return with a link.
Any luck or any new emails from the IG help center yet? I got the same message as you

Can someone help me? I filled in the form and when I submit it I got an email asking for proof of my registered business. But unfortunately I used an email address from mailinator and they only let me receive email (not send them). So I replied with another email and got a reply they can not do anything for me. I also filled in the form again with another email that is able to reply (not the initial of set up) and I did not receive the email asking for legal proof. Is there anything I can do?

They used to do that a lot to my accounts but they finally stopped disabling me. Did you send in the verification photo?Proof
