Great looking plugin. I can't remember if I had asked this before, but for the Adsense ads, do we need to upload an image for the banner? Or if we insert the ad code in the text box in the plugin, will that be enough for it to generate the image on the site when the ad code loads?
For other ads on the site such as Amazon Affiliate ads, I use the HTML Snippet plugin with Amazon's ads and they'll automatically generate the image based on the code.

Hello, i'm using this plugin and you don't need to upload image for adsense ads, just place the code in box and is done.

It won't appear on a desktop browser only a mobile one. Also I've found that depending on the and network, it won't appear right away. It takes a few seconds for the ad to load up. This will take longer depending on the speed of your site.
