what could be the effect of this PBN?

Hello,
I have a domain which consists mainly of low quality backlinks. Some fresh web20 created with probably rankerx (powered up with GSA) + some GSA backlinks. In total around 100 RD. Its CF is 23 and TF 0.

The thing is that it is indexed + ranks at place 40 for the KW I want to rank my MS.

So on one hand it has really low quality backlinks but on the other hand it does rank for my main KW.

My question is what could possible be the effect of this domain if used as PBN?
1. Some slightly positive effect (would need really a lot of such domains in order to rank)
2. No impact at all (neutral)
3. Some negative impact on my MS

You won't know for sure until you try it. IMO you should go for it, if it's ranking something must be going right, at least in googles eyes

Depends entirely on the PBN, but should make you jump. Add 10 PBN links, then wait.

See if what you invested in gave a decent return. If so, repeat.

The fact that it's ranking now does not mean it will be ranking in a month. As a PBN link, well, if it's on a separate IP from your money site, then why not. Links from super related domains that are actually ranking for your keyword are the strongest. You want that. Sure, backlink profile on that domain sucks dick, but you should experience at least some boost. Just don't make a rule of it, spamming your future PBN domains with gsa and stuff.

Aritcle fresh with short url to main website.

All pointing to new pbn
100 tumblrs
100 bookmark links
100 wiki links
100 watermarked images

Make sure images , articles , video are added also throw some longtail keywords in there on them web2.0

Buy the domain and set up the site. Test the domain first and if it shows improvement for your other website, then use it for your MS.

You can manage with RankerX, make sure images , articles , video are added on articles.
Then blast them with GSA SER

Assuming that this domain would be used as PBN on T1 I simply need to send some web20 with rankerx on T2 and boost it with GSA on T3, correct? (I am talking about short term strategy as I focus on seasonal niches)

If this is correct, how would you go with web20 created by rankerx on T2?
- 1 post per web / multiple posts
- mostly brand/naked and generic anchors or main KW should also be included?
- how many links can be sent to the post with the backlink in total and how to schedule the campaign?
- are there any platforms in rankerx which I should focus on or just go on with all the premium social network platforms? - I know tumblr rocks however that would be really time consuming just to focus on this one (it also really easily gets terminated when created with rankerx or any other automated tool)

Well, there should be some benefit, but it won't be too amazing. Doesn't matter if it's ranking for main KW or not, that's just additional bonus.
