dude are you kidding all your screenshots are pretty old

and you have included keywords or meta tag also are they still working in google ?

Great job with the guide, OP. @jackjammer Ideal keyword density is about less than 1%, or what appears natural.
@Cshark Ohh i have too many 2% and many more higher than that. Should i go lower it so i can rank much higher? My main keyword is ranking below 20 and i want to go to 1st page.

I had to use "Easy Table of Contents" to generate H1 bar.
Then I had to use "Q2W3 Fixed Widget" to fix the widget on the sidebar.

I actually had to use 2 TOC plugins, one to do the main one at the top and another just to do the H1 at the side.

I wouldn't get to hung up with keyword density, its more important that you use semantically related words on your page.

Google will build a profile of your page based on ALL the words it sees, then it compares that to other sites.

You are going to match a lot more user queries by having more related words, then by just shoehorning enough of your one single primary keyword.

The problem is if you use the same keyword over and over again, it can mean
  1. Low quality article
  2. Spam

Ohh i see, hmmm. My website is a cpa one. I think the main keyword is 2% or below and other are 4% -7% because of the words in tos, about, pp and faq. The repetitive words are on that pages.

Which screenshots are old?

Meta keyword tags are ignored by google. Thanks for asking, i will update the guide for that.

The fix is easy
1. Use synonyms
2. Add more content to the page to dilute the %. I think even 7% is fine, the problem is when the page is 25% just full of the same keyword. It means 1 in 4 words is the same word, your page has to be very spammy to get that high.

Thanks, i just check them again and my highest % is 4.79% will try to make all below 1% . Thanks again

I'm assuming you own Article Insights? I hope you do, because that article is too good to be on someone else's website :)
