Adsense Cpc Expert needed to increase the cpc from 0.21 to 1$

Hi to all!
I am new here and for about a month I am working on promoting my website with Facebook pages. I am getting good results and making some money with Adsense on my blog but I know some admins that have a greater CPC than I do. But no one is willing to tell anything. My current CPC is 0.21 and the domain is new with 0 Pagerank. I have read a lot of posts and have tried to filter ads but nothing is working. My website is about solar energy and green energy. I am posting this thread not only for me but even for others that are in my same position if someone here know how to get to CPC 1$ plz let us know. I am looking for an increase like in the pic.

that are not my adsense details bro i know that. It is just an example. if i have that cpc i was't asking for some expert help.

I'm really interested too. If your in a niche where the CPC ranges from say $0.20 - $2.00 how do you get your CPC up?
