I got limited from Paypal.

I sent in the proof of address. They are now asking for proof of date of birth and identity.

I need someone to edit my birth certificate. I am 17, so all you have to do is change the date of my birth to make it look like I am 18.

Can offer as much as $100 for edits, with revisions.

Please let me know...
