I am wondering: How do these guys sell eBay watchers on Fiverr? Is there a bot or program to make the accounts, then to watch the items? Please advise would love to know

I purchased watchers for one of my listings and it did not help my listing whatsoever, I ended up deleting it because my rank did not increase at all, even after grabbing a few sales. It's a waste of money, i'd only buy it for my top selling items to have a massive watch list for appeal.
 
as your know, it does not work,from 2012,when ebay start a new programm in search on ebay for buyers, for example if you have a lot count of watching but item does not selling, you listing will be removing from top to down slowly

Actually in the community its more like custom scripters who make a bot for your specific needs. Let me know your needs and ill put you in touch with the proper scripters.
 
Yeah, its usually a script and mass accounts that count as the watchers.
