well 2 months ive waited for a result from an mri scan on my lower
back - not the news i wanted .
L4/5 degenerative disc protrusion
episodic acute back spasms
walks with a side lumber [ like house without the stick ]
spinal surgery will not help .
so. next time people say , proxygo yeh hes that rude guy,
remember, i maybe rude in nature , but being in pain 24/7
doesn't help either .
I have the same problems, was diagnosed a few years ago. I used to be a maintenance supervisor for five different casinos (paid me a lot of money), climbing up a ladder one day to do some work on the roof and my back went out half way up, haven't been able to do physical labor since. Which is what led me to internet marketing.
My particular spasms cripple me some days and other days I can ignore them easy enough. I just got out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago. Back locked and I couldn't move, an ambulance ride 10 shots of pain killers, muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory's later, I was finally released in a wheelchair. Now in physical therapy for my fifth time in 4 or 5 years.
I will tell you what helps me though, I am a medical marijuana patient. The marijuana helps eliminate the "normal" spasms that I have, I still have flare-ups from time to time, but I am 1000% better than what I used to be. Prescription muscle relaxers did nothing for me, pain killers only mask the pain they don't actually make anything better, so this was the medication I found that works for me.
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one going through this and that I understand what you are going through. I hope you find some peace a midst the pain.
edit:
btw, I am 32 years old...
