Need help picking which SEO tool to buy, which is the BEST?

Hello, I'm quite new to SEO and therefore, haven't had much experience ranking sites.
Right now, I'm focussed on learning tiered backlinking and using this type of linkbuilding
to rank my sites. My question is, what's the tool or maybe the best combo (2 tools) out right now?
I'm trying to spend $400 at the most of tools and I figure that would get me 1 maybe 2 tools
but I don't know what's the best/most useful at the moment. So out of the usual tools (gsa.
scrapebox, UD, etc etc) which should I pick up ?
 
Advertise on BHW
* Scrapebox/Ultimate Demon and Captcha Sniper
* Get a Windows VPS to install and run them on

Also some proxies for Scraping and Posting.
 
Which tool is best for my Tier 2/Tier 3s?

I thinks, depends on your site script, many scripts collaborate with seo companies like vb.

Gsa, Scrapebox,BMD Senuke XCR and Xrumer you don't have to spend too much on these tools just get a monthly plan on a vps where all these tolls will be available it will cost you like 70 or some more and learn these tools after that you can buy them for lifetime license. I am also running these tools on a vps.
 
I would say go for SEnuke + Bookmarking demon and Article Marketing Robot. It would be in your budget and you will be having fun running them!
 
BHW Service Providers? <-- Good choice if you're looking to diversify your link profile.
 
Given your budget I would say GSA and maybe the GSA captcha breaker. Thats about $220 or so (I don't remember).
 
I think you should pick a tool that best suits your need :)
 
Senuke xcr +bookmarking +backlinks creator +article marketing demon will be the best implementation
