Is traffic from redirected domains good for low priced sales?

Hi everyone! I need a little help.

I'm planning to buy redirected domain traffic to sell something really cheap ($3.99). The traffic will be niche targeted. What do you think? Does it convert or not?

expired domain traffic will be fine for this type of offer.

I'm working on my sales page and I want a conversion at least 0.1%. Do you think it is too low for $3.99 product? Should I expect a higher conversion rate for expired domain traffic?

0.1 conversion is like only 1 of every 1000 person who ill visit the site will convert.
Yes that's low!
You can expect higher conversion !
