I set this up for a couple of my sons friends, and I saw a thread about it, so I thought I would put it here.

These people manage a webcam system, and they handle everything.
They accept male and female models, and you can sign up as a agent and run your own stable.

They look more like a brokerage. Girls could just go directly to the sites they advertise and sign up there.

I have heard bad things about that site. Never tried them personally but I have heard things from several people. I use a different site that has paid me before.
