Wait or develop?

So, I bought a domain around 1 hour ago that's about a piece of tech that could possible become the next big thing in 2012/2013. Now, I kind of bought it in the hope that it will be worth something in a year or so.

But now I'm thinking, should I start writing some articles about news about the piece of tech? Eg. "Will 2012 be the year for [keywords]".

I'm not sure, since how will these articles look when/if someone actually wants to develop it fully? (if it is popular, it'll end up selling amazon products probably)

Develop it now. Buying the domain in advance only adds to its age. If you make a website and add some relevant content then you'll have a head start on it that other websites don't. Make a couple of articles and then throw WP-robot on there. Use it to pull any new content that has your keyword in it. That way you'll have some people coming in for the content. If and when the actual tech comes up, shut down WP-Robot and put good quality content on it. You'll have more info at that time.

I would say at least throw an article or two so that Google can start ranking you. If you plan to sell the site in the future, then "already ranking Top 5 for keyword" will look VERY good and should help you get a premium price for it. I would say to stay away from WP-robot due to risk of Google de-indexing the site, and just put up 1-2 ORIGINAL content articles and leave it be.

Yeah I'd prefer only unique content on it tbh.
