Domain Transfer issue

i have a domain at alfainhost.com and now i have registered at namesilo.com and paid the amount i cannot transfer the domain because im not getting the epp code or authentication code i have also opened a support ticket for which they havent responded and that is 3 weeks before
the error that is displaying is CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host (IP: 192.154.102.210 & 192.154.103.51)
also i cannot change the nameservers
are they hacked or is there any way i could get my domain back by backorder or anything?

can anybody please help me on this issue its urgent

It seems , like most companies, they are all willing to help as long as your spending money with them. But as soon as the support ticket isnt about making a purchase they take weeks to respond. I to have 14 domains i need to transfer and I'm frankly a little scared that something , although it shouldnt be a problem, theres going to be a problem.
