are article marketing robot directories penalized / discounted

Blast three times. First article is 400 words or less, second is 500 or less and
the last is more than 500 but less than 800.

Do not put any links and HTML in the article itself, only in resource box.

200+ live auto approve articles per submission is not uncommon to me.

I put a live link in the article for my first run, then remove it and resubmit. You can pick up links in the actual text that way.
