Automatic signup for 2.0 properties

Haven't really used web 2.0 properties... is there any program or service that creates accounts and/or posts to them?
I mean sites like blogger, blog, livejournal, wordpress, etc.

Do yo mean just creates accounts or do you want them to get posts on them?

Magic submitter, but their main site don't exist anymore. So you will need to find a cracked Copy. Which you won't find here!!

Se Nuke does it, I think Bookmarking demon does aswell but people say its now abandoned.
