Tired of playing in the sandbox help!!!

So I have a site its about 6 months old, I blasted it pretty hard with a wide variety of links over this period where it has about 10,000 or so links in Yahoo Site Explorer. (I use SB, AMR, SEnuke, BMD)

I was rankin in the top 10 for a bunch of keywords, then about 3 weeks ago I got smacked and now I rank like 500+ for all my words.

So over the past 3 weeks I added some new content and kept building more links but I'm still stuck.

Am I on the right track here? Just keep blasting away?

Or is this site pretty much toast? Thanks in advance.

Stop hitting your site directly with SB if you are doing that.

Continue with your other methods and get some good EDU backlinks
as well... I am pretty sure Big Buddy has a BST thread offering them.

Don't backlink your main page either, just backlink to your inner pages.
