Hey, what are the best sites for a linkwheel?

I used only blogger.com, wordpress.com and ezine, but i know that lots of sites are good for this job. Maybe we can create a useful list of all sites.

When you post, please tell what are your best sites for linkwheel e.g.:
wordpress.com: 5/5 Points (good for autoblogging)
blogger.com: 4/5 Points (trust and a google service with high quality)
...

You can get quickly banned on Blogger and HubPages. I've been using mostly Squidoo and article sites.

Can someone link to me a good PDF that explains how to setup a link wheel or is it better to get someone else to do it for you? and is it worth it?

And I have. Probably depends on the content quality and Blogger/HP quickly removed my site when they saw it was thin - Squidoo didn't.

I used Squidoo 2 weeks ago and all the outbound links, pointing to my money page, are nofollow now, how is that possible? Did they manually set this up?

Ive had success creating linkwheels with Wikis. Its a long process of course, but worth the result.

Thanks for the links guys, any tips for effective use of blogger and wordpress? I guess you need to make the blogs as niche as possible?

I am also trying out ezine, hubpages, squidoo, google knol, gather, goarticles, but have not tried Wiki sites yet.

Whats the best guide to setting it up? I am not sure how the linking works. Do I just create like 20-30 Web 2.0 property sites and link to them to my money site?
