alternative to best spinner?

hi
is there a free alternative? a few months ago I had a software on my computer that was kind of a spinner. you would paste a block of text into it, and it would highlight all the words that it had a synonym for, and you could choose to replace. but i think i erased it or it got deleted after a restoration. Is there any useful free spinners?

Search for Spinner Chief... that has a free version I am pretty sure and it's not a bad product at all.
 
You can get a free version of Best Spinner if you know where to look ;)

btw I have tried the free ones, they're no good. Unless someone can prove me wrong.

SpinnerChief is better than TBS and FREE.
 
Spinner Chief is a great free alternative, the user interface isn't quite as neat as The Best Spinner but the functionality is almost as good or even just as good as TBS.
 
Another vote for spinnerchief. It's free and it does a very good job with spinning articles. They are pretty decent and readable.

So yeah thumbs up for Spinner Chief.
 
I have TBS and SpinnerChief... and although I prefer TBS, SpinnerChief is not bad!
 
I have been using MAR, & coupled with MAS, I've found it to be quite an effective tool for not only spinning articles, but also distributing them. But all this talk about SC & TBS is making me think whether I shouldn't give them a go. Will be quite interesting to get a review from anyone who's had experience of using all 3...
 
Spinner Chief and download a free updated thesaurus.dat file from the forum really a good free tool.
 
Anyone know how to read the .dat file? I want to export the synonyms to a text file like this:
syn1|syn2|syn3|syn4....
syn1|syn2|syn3|syn4....
syn1|syn2|syn3|syn4....
syn1|syn2|syn3|syn4....

is it possible?
 
I recommend spinner chief. The free thesaurus file is now updated and it's awesome.
 
I just found last weekend, that SpinnerChief has a free web API for programmers. I'm creating a small post on programming -> php forum to show how to use it. I wish The Best Spinner also had docs and access to their API but I haven't found it yet... anyone?
