How long does it takes before you see an effect of link pyramids?

I've built 2 levels link pyramid consisting of 30 web 2.0 with 180 pages total, then I blast all those pages with scrapebox.

A week has passed and I didn't see changes on google position of my money site yet.

As I'm new to this whole thing, I'd like to know when will the effect from link pyramid occurs, so I can use the time-frame to measure effectiveness of my structure?

You can't just go by that.. you have to consider onsite SEO, competition etc.

I'd say a few months before you see any decent results on a competitive niche.

Give it 2-3 weeks but to make those links carry more weight try SEOing each of the web 2.0 sites and adding some other content to them. The more authority you can build up on them the more powerful those links will be.
