Does anyone have a ping list for use in BMD\SB?

I need to import ping servers to BMD so I can ping the bookmarked URLs after I use them. Can anyone share theirs?

Also, are you supposed to ping the same page using 50+ different ping servers or is it considered spam and bad for SEO? I'll give a thanks and a rep to anyone who helps :]
