Need STEP BY STEP to start over a new IG account, HELP

Recently I got banned on my 2k acc (in 7 days) because I was following 100 users per hour and I've read limits are 60 per hour. I haven't used any bot or tool.

Now I want to start a nee account from 0 and I need to know several things:

- How many to follow per hour? Seconds between one and another follow?

- Maximum per day? Until when?

Or just tell me how do you do it, like a mini guide to get followers and not get banned.
