Did you open a valid shitlist?
That way you can hold them responsible.

Depends on your objective. You can post queries in a marketplace thread or contact the seller.
If the service is bad, you can write a single comprehensive negative review. Multiple negative reviews for a single sale are considered spamming. If the seller didn't deliver what is offered in the sales thread, then you can open a shit list thread.
This should be allowed. There is no point in deleting replies unless you're abusing the seller with foul language.

You cannot reply in there.
You had your negative review and that will stay up but more than one negative review is not permitted.
Maybe you should look at the SL you recently posted and provide the information I requested in order to properly mediate that.

No, he left his review in there and is now banned from posting in there at all for abusing the platform with multiple negative reviews.

It has been... a sales thread is not a discussion thread.
A person who is a buy can leave one negative review and the seller can respond but turning a sales thread into a discussion thread is not something that works.

Ok, this is pretty weird change to be honest. Sure, spamming with negative reviews is bad, but when the seller is responding to your negative review with blatant lies and you are not allowed to reply is kinda meh. Not to mention that your review get buried very fast in the back of the thread by the sellers buddies. Sure, shitlist is an option, but this works only if the seller is stupid. Smart ones just refund and move on to get the money of less experienced buyers.

Sorry for jumping here to reply but this thing is not available in any online freelance marketplace. You can post either a positive or negative review for any service once, seoclerk used to have the feature to edit review by contacting support back in the day. Apart from that everywhere it's the same.

The way the reviews work are confusing.they should have a detailed work rating page separate from the thread that is easy to navigate to
One negative review should be enough unless you have multiple orders with the seller. I don't think leaving multiple bad reviews on the thread itself is a good way instead why not start a new thread calling out the seller in public & pointing out everything or shitlisting section. Or even you can report the sellers reply and the mods can check and validate it.
Now all of you who are asking for this to be allowed will you be ok if same thin is also allowed for positive reviews. Suppose someone starts to post multiple positive reviews or creates a discussion praising around a service thread.
Either case it becomes a loophole to exploit positive reviews by the seller & negative by a buyer/competitor who has wrong intentions.

I didn't mean to allow a series of negative reviews. I agree that multiple positive or negative reviews shouldn't be allowed. What I mean is that the buyer should have an option to explain if the seller calls him a liar and says that they have discussed it in the DMs. These things happen more often than you think.
We can report the seller's comment to mods, which won't be of much help. We can also open a new thread but the buyers won't research about the seller to find reviews and complaints. This makes the legitimacy of the negative reviews questionable.

This tends to result in a discussion or an argument which doesn’t belong in a marketplace thread.
If there is an issue with what has been provided by a seller or it doesn’t match what was offered abs paid for, then a shitlist is the correct route to resolution.
